Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and emotional wellbeing. It works by encouraging the body and mind to return to a natural state of harmony, helping to release stress and restore a sense of calm and clarity.
During a Reiki session, you are invited to simply rest and receive. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, or emotional release.
Sessions can support both physical and emotional wellbeing, and are deeply nourishing during times of transition or challenge.
Reiki can be particularly supportive during fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period, and times of emotional difficulty or loss. It can also be helpful during illness, stress, anxiety, or periods of change when extra support is needed to feel grounded and centred.
I work with women who are navigating many different life stages, including conception, motherhood, recovery after birth, grief, and personal transformation.
Each session is tailored to your needs in the moment, offering a safe and supportive space to rest, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Sessions are available online or in person from my North London practice.
