Wrapping & Rhythm is a gentle, embodied one -to -one ceremony offering you the opportunity to pause, be held and honour a significant moment of transition in your life.

Drawing on the ancient symbolism of wrapping, cocooning and being held, I use rebozo-inspired wrapping, rhythm, drumming, sound and ritual to create a safe and sacred space for you to acknowledge where you have been, where you are now, and what you are moving towards.

These ceremonies may be offered to mark:

● Menarche and a girl’s transition into womanhood

● Birthdays and significant milestones

● Becoming a bride 

● Fertility Journey 

● Mother Blessings

● Pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood

● Menopause and the initiation into a new stage of life

● Closing-the-bones and other times of completion

● Grief, loss and endings

● Or any significant life transition that feels worthy of being witnessed and honoured

You may be wrapped, cocooned, held and supported through rhythm and ritual — creating a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and mark the threshold you are crossing.

Some ceremonies may be held one-to-one, while others may be created as shared experiences in community,  you choose.
