An individual session on zoom to connect with your baby before conception, during pregnancy or after pregnancy loss. It involves a meditation and guided messages from your baby. Spirit baby communication  can give you hope if you are on a challenging journey to motherhood or you have experienced pregnancy or birth loss and are looking for answers. It is also beneficial to communicate with your unborn baby whilst pregnant to enhance your connection and communication which will make birth and the transition to motherhood smoother.

Healing your own in-utero and birth experience can be incredibly powerful. Especially if you had a traumatic birth yourself or there are limiting self beliefs  that hold you back in your life. Healing  your own birth heals any imprints from your own birth  leaving you feeling more empowered.
