Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method that  comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). I am a channel for healing and universal life force energy travels  through my hands to the client wherever the healing energy id needed you . The energy healing  targets the energy centres (chakras) in and around the body. Stagnant energy can be present in the body and can cause stress ,  illness and disease. Reiki improves  the flow of energy in and around the body.  Reiki  helps you to relax, reduces pain and aids healing. 

Babies also respond to reiki and can it help babies to heal from a difficult birth , feeding issues, colic , reflux and sleep issues.
